2011-2012 the New BMW 7-Series

When it comes to performance, the Series 7 is a wonder. Boosting a V8 Turbo charge engine with a liquid cooling altenator, the car can accelerate from zero to 60 seconds is less than 10 seconds, almost as good as the best sports cars. The brakes are computerized 4 wheel equipped with ABS anti-lock system for maximum safety in the event that the car has to make an abrupt stop. The traction handling is controlled by the new DSC or dynamic stability control which ensures that the car is able to handle any kind of terrrain at high speeds.

The wheels are also equipped with dynamic brake system with aluminum.

The interior of the Series 7 is roomier than the 6 Series. The car comes with leather seats which are nicely equipped with child restraints. The front also has dual airbags which boast a dual threshold deployment system. Some models also come with side airbags.


California tuner Vorsteiner joins the parade of tuning firms tweaking the latest generation of BMW's 7-Series limousine with the release of a new sport kit. Called the VR-7 Sportiv Aero, the package is available for both the standard and long wheelbase versions of the Bavarian automaker's flagship sedan.

The package includes several components made from carbon fiber such as the front apron, boot lid spoiler and a diffuser integrated in the rear bumper. Vorsteiner claims that these parts help increase the sedan's front-end downforce and stability.

Aside from the VR-7 Sportiv Aero package, the BMW 750i featured in these photos is also fitted with H&R's super sport suspension kit that lowers the car's ride height by 48 mm, and Vorsteiner's 21-inch forged alloy wheels that are offered in numerous finishes including brushed aluminum, chrome, gunmetal, black and silver.

The alloy wheels are shod in Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 tires size 255/30 R21 at the front and 285/30 R21 at the rear.
